i recomend taking the cylinders off and getting them measured before you buy pistons. pistons can be found from almost any one of the site sponsors. wildcard, hjr, fast

longer rods do not change the cc's it will decrease the rod angel in theory giving your motor longer life

i am also running the pwk28's but i am ported at sea level with mods in sig. 45pilot 155main n68a needle all the way down. i dont know what needle you have but i would recomend either the jjh or the n68a. probobly 45 pilot and 150 mains to start since you dont have porting. should be close but like some people do, a plug chop to confirm.

check that the splines arent striped where the shifter attatches and then take the clutchcover off and inspect for damage..

did you try turning your idle down? also think about checking the float height on those carbs. its always good to check them. while your chicking things do a compression check and be sure those pilot jets are clean as a whistle.

the ohtsu mr-501 are a good tire for packed dirt and fast sells them i also like the dunlop radials that come on the 700 raptor, the kt355, and the kt396 -

if you run the vitos piston then get porting later, get new pistons too.

Why dont you just leave the 20's in and bump the timming to 6* with the avgas. That would be cheaper..
