If your spark looks weak you should consider cleaning all ground connections and inside the flywheel as well as the tabs on the flywheel. Double check that compression, im guessing your near sealevel and should definitly have more compression than that. 300-340 range sounds about right..

its not a problem with the clutch. the stock trans sometimes will do this when you try and shift at higher rpm's. the fix is a end cut tranny aka a modded trans. it removes every other dog and allows more time for them to engage. i hear there is one guy that has a super secret to doing this but i cut my own and it works great. a few site sponsors will do it or you could try shifting earlier or letting off the gas when you shift. i never start in 1st gear though

Whats good compression? 125psi? Clean air filter and clean pilot jets For anyone to diagnose your issue it would be nice to know what has been done to the motor' pipes carbs jets airfilter. Sorry for the inconvenience in making you help us help you
