  2. He ment smaller pilots ^ and leaner needle Find out what needle you have. Also clean your air filters if its been a while.
  3. New plugs didnt help? Old fuel? Try turning your air screws out to 2.5 and see if it helps?
  4. It shouldnt be rich with those setting but we dont know what needle you have. Take some time and go over your electrical and check those reeds out. They directly effect response at initial theottle opening

  6. Do some testing Compression Check float height Leakdown I doubt reeds woud keep fuel from getting to cyls...
  7. Could be an electrical issue or rich on main jet. Check over electricL first then do a plug chop. Motor is air tight right?
  8. I would go up on pilots and make aure its not lean
  9. Did you try cleaning the jets out?
  10. How well does the gasket match the cyl. Matches case great

  13. I would remove it and start with the jetting i mentioned If you have to keep it consider putting a few large holes in the top
  14. Air screw will be a fine tune for your bike you gotta see what it wants. Go ahead to a 15 up front
  15. An air leak would effect it more than oil ratio
  16. Go back to stock crossover What air filter setup Guessing 25 pilot and 320 main to start
  17. Did you do a leakdown on this fresh topend? Jetting sounds close for what you have
  18. Probobly either one.. i think i remember him having adaptor plugs
