You cant put a spindle mount wheel on a banshee spindle unless its made for it. Std sppindle mt wheels go on 5/8 spindles and can adapt a banshee hub to 5/8 with this http://item.mobileweb.ebay.com/viewitem?sbk=1&nav=SEARCH&itemId=151115551232
At least thats my take on it..
could be
grooves in the clutch basket
clutch adjustment at handle or internally
type of oil in tranny
type of clutch
stretched clutch cable
mis balanced clutch springs
defaced clutch fibers
warped clutch plates
probobly more...
my banshee has modes.. go and stop. when its time to go i needs to be in gears when its time to stop i turn it off. neutral is easy to find when its off.
i would think if it was the shift shaft it would be doing it in every gear or not changing gears properly. you gotta take the clutch cover off to get the cases appart anyways so once you get that far you should be able to tell. maybe you will get lucky and its something under there...
damn you were tearin the track up when i was there..
its not to difficult, but you will need to split the cases and inspect the gears and forks.
there is a walk through on here for the bottom end

Your probobly fine but are the domes made for the. 020" base gasket. Have you tried asking whoever cut the domes. Thats where i would start. Did you check squish clearance?
