    you can get in trouble a lot faster and junk a set of cylinders with a bad window. I haven't seen anyone junk cylinders with a bad exhaust tunnel. just sayin... sheerider I like the design of the dirtbikes better it seems to be a better shot over the piston however the banshee being a twin cylinder, doesn't have room to do this with another cylinder right next to it.

    the other side of the port makes more of a difference. lets see that and the transfer entry's and windows

    what pistons are offset for a 4mil long rod @ 65.25? or is this a short rod setup?

    that's like a needle in a haystack. you will need to sleeve some cyl's to get to 68mm or buy a cub @ that size for stock stroke

    Check to see if carbs are filling with fuel

    Cut the tits off the inner clutch cover. Just make them flat. Take the screws out first and put sealant on threads after you cut the tits.

    The basket play is not good I would replace The cushions being one big one small is what I was refering to being normal

    Thats normal Get a billet basket and new cushions. I have once used all large cushions... worked well

    Check fuel, clean carbs, new plugs, check spark. Try again
