its probably a clean up port.

without knowing ur port timing its hard to say if the cpis will benefit u. pc might be just fine.

just get a nut and countersink it and weld it in. looks just like factory. ive done several like that. cheap and easy

this is why its so important to understand this area on the motor. even tho u or me might not know everything. its important to understand whats going on inside these motors. i hear horror storys all day long from people whos setup is what there builder said. no knock on anyone builder. but it is our job to research and learn the numbers and specs to make a motor live.

cranks rebuilds are a month even from kevin. i just asked him last week.

imo i wouldnt run it. but as we all should know many people on hq would say run it as is. and that is normal wear. haha
