nice.. id be interested in the 10dm if i didnt recently get a 10cub. looks like a deal. also looks like the parts i bought were still on the list? or u didnt remove them?
im assuming its the side idle screw and the lower one is the air screw. ok for tge air screw go all the way in lightly then 1 turn out. and for the idle screw, tighten till it lifts the slide a lil. thats the starting point. then start the bike and adjust from there
the air screw and needle adjustment adjust off of the jetting itself. although air screw will be 1-2 turns out with proper pilot. and needle u can start in the middle.. then fine tune later.. go read up on how to jet first
on a serious note. pjs are tempermental on the pilot. try dropping it down. if it wont start when hot. could be jetting or electrical. timing is possible. change the easy stuff first then move on to the next to find the problem.
what motor did u switch back camatv 535 cheetah or 465 cub? where did u notice power loss? can u give info on ur setup if u can. dome config, porting, comp, pipes etc thanks

maybe lean. bump up the mains a size or two. since u say ur lean at wot u probably are lean at 1/2-3/4 also. u could raise the needle to see if that helps. then if it does, but not enough go up on main jet.
