  3. @Redline, tyler says he abuses and beats on your dunables. Sounds like he backloads it? What can you do with your dunable. Backload under 6000rpm? Or never not for a second?
  4. Volcrano is right it will start to melt plastic. But use it lightly and it will give the paint more to adhere to since the surface will be slightly opened up. Seems to work good for me. Imo
  5. It does look a lil over. Put a chain on and u can see clearly how the chain is tracking.
  6. Clean them with acetone or laquer thinner or cleanup thinner. Yea paint will crack if rolled. Its not really made to bend that far.
  7. I wouldnt use the primer. Primer tends to build to much and cause cracking later on. Use automotive urethane paints preferably base coat/clearcoat. Bulldog for adhesion promoter.
  8. #6 is fine. I usually have #6 or #7 slides
  9. They are suppossed to be straight inline. Could be frame as well as the arm. Take the arm off and do some measuring on it. And try another arm just mocked up to the frame with sprocket. Also not all frames and swingarms have perfect inline sprockets. Its pretty normal to be up to 1/8" maybe 3/16" out of inline. but not a 1/2". Thats to much
  10. Sounds like u need to take the petcock apart and clean it and put some bend back in the wave washer so it seals it tight when bolted back together.
  11. I agree with the diy'ers, its not always about money. I can understand where you diy porters are coming from. I can drop off my entire bike and pay anytime, but why? Unless I dont have the ability to do it myself. Its about pride in your work and knowing exactly what you got when done. I always do as much as i can myself. So i feel like its mine and when people ask who did it. I say i did this and this and that. It is very gratifying, as well as im the type of person that wants things done a certain way, the right way. Or else i will redo it anyway. This goes for just about everything. House, cars, bikes, etc..
  12. @ SlowerThanYou, what gear do you end in 300' race and on a hill. 4th?
  13. Ive seen some builders dune ports with less work then this. So these arent that bad, or that good either.
  14. I ageee with hoppedup, paint does chip easier if hit. So i just dont hit it on nothing. I have access to i wider range of paints and i paint so its easier for me. My last paint job lasted 6 years before it looked shabby. And by that time i wanted to switch it up anyway
  15. Haha alright sheerider that explains it..
  16. I might look like im losing the internet war. Because they will bold face lie to keep there names clean. And i dont care what it looks like online, I dont live online. And I dont leave because im not running for tellin the truth. I have lost some money as well. So at the end of it, I recieved a trash motor and this motor has never been done like ive done it, from the inside out. And will run the best it ever has. I have gained more then I have lost.
  17. Is there a reason u lose so many petals? I never had a problem. Just wondering
  18. Sweet pipes. Dont need them right now but i still want'em.
