  1. Well ive ridden a 421 serval and 421 cub both on pump gas. The cub is by FAR faster if your racing/dragging etc.... The serval is by FAR torquier if riding tight trails etc... Its a real simple choice.
  2. If you like fast, dont get a serval.
  3. They gotta be decent pipes since there half of a shearer pipe.
  4. It should get to you because my mounts are straight. What does that say for you?
  5. nice crooked a-arm mounts.
  6. Yup your'e art skills suck alright..haha
  7. Go easy on those pressure plate/spring bolts. I think there like 7 ftlb torque.
  8. Quite a few people said the steering on my chassis' were all wrong. And they actually run straight and turn great.. Then you have "PRO" shops putting out setups that have problems and nobody says nothing. ahh owell..
  9. Sometimes its a snug fit. Clean it and grease it.
  10. The 3" threaded rod is a longer extra one to use if you need more adjustment. Just use the one on the bearing already. Bolt it up as it sits and adjust and go.
  11. Just replace the stock adjuster on the pressure plate with the pancake style you just bought. Same rod and ball stays in the case.
  12. Yup it says it right on the store sign. haha
  13. Yea your'e right J-madd, im only talking like a 1/8" past the arrow tops. The clutch just feels better. Been doing it for years.
  14. does it have normal tension on the clutch handle? If the pancake came out of adjustment you would have way less handle or a free play handle. If the handle has normal tension then it is compressing the clutch springs meaning the pressure plate is dissengaging. So in this case you might have some basket, hub, or fiber/steel plate problems. Did you put the big washers on both sides of the basket?
  15. I always set my actuator to the left of the arrow on cases. So it has more throw. But I think your problem is your pancake bearing came out of adjustment and the nut fell off.
  16. Thats how I received my motor. First thing I changed.
  17. Well I run out at the top of dumont perfectly with that gearing. It looks like SM utah is a longer hill. So i was wondering if I could try a 15 - 41?
  18. Do the balls in the long slots move outward later or it takes longer for them to get to the outside to lockup?
  19. Oh and you might need to go to a 15-41 or so with a smaller rollout. imo
  20. at 100 hp I vote less arm or airdown or both. And take some spring pressure off to allow a slip off the line. imo
