  1. ok so i finally got my jetting right in my carbs its was the needle jet i had it 2nd from the top when it should have been in the middle like it comes stock and it runs good bottom to top end so now all i have to do is change my pilot to a 27.5 or a 30 cause it run best with the air screw half turn out the needle jet being off by just one spot made my bike run like shit on the bottom end no power till i got some rpms going

  3. ok i think im getting some where now im going to put the stock jet back in ,i already tried the needle at the lowest point and my fastest idle is after 2.5 turns out and its better but a slight hesitation still so the stock jet should do the trick .i just found out 50;1 is richer than 40;1 in fuel to air mixture
  4. ok i just ran my bike with 320 mains and 27.5 pilots its run amazing mid range and top end but might have been rich ,but the bottom end bogs right off the go and adjusting the air screw didnt seem to do much for the bog , and when i pull the choke it dies so what should i do go bigger on the piolts , or smaller on the main jets, run a 50:1 mix or do all three ???? not really sure but your help would be great

  8. i have my banshee jetted for my k&n filters witch is 220 main jets but what size should i go to for my power pro pipes im at 300 feet about 70 degrees out side .and those are the only mods

  10. i had called, pj motorspots about a few items that he said he might have to order, but he would call me back and sure enough about an hour later, he calls me back after hours and tells me he has my parts in his hand, that was really great service he went outta his way to get my parts by the dead line that i had witch was today when i got the parts, witch were all genuine mikuni, pj motorsports is looking out for you, find them on the sponsors page

  12. ok turn your (air screw ) out slowly tell you get the fastest idle if it is less then one turn from closed you need a bigger pilot like a 27.5
  13. i posted the same thing 3 days ago its under( help need opinions )there is a video befor and after .and what i did was get new carb gaskets one of the carb gaskets was no good and it mad that side run lean cause it was getting more air, so the other side smoked alot more,but after a change the gaskets it ran lean on both sides so i adjusted the pilots from 1 1/2 turns to 2 but im at sea level and now it runs and smokes like it should
  14. i just took it out and it was fixed but it was running lean cuase i did the choke test and it idle higher when i pulled it out, so i adjusted the pilots two turns out all together and now it runs and perfect video befor new gaskets video after new gaskets and and pilots adjusted
  15. ok just got new gaskets and sealed my carb boots leak down was good pipes are good carbs seem ok there is no porting an reeds not sure about, ganna see how it pans out if the inlet vavle was bad what would it do besides leak gas out the over flow?
  16. ok maybe it is the gasket it also drips gas out the over flow on the same carb
  17. it smokes alot more out the left side all ranges and the oil build up at the end of the left pipe and it also spits oil only out the left pipe after start up or running it for an hour its always the same oil build up and smoke im i just trippin
  18. i need some opinions i think my banshee is running rich on the left side i just put a motor in ,synced the carbs pilots at one and a half turns out i adjusted them and it didnt seem to help, and the carbs are clean inside and out its almost stock pipes,filter ,filter box ,main jets 200, pilots not sure but think there stock is well only thing not stock is my noss cool head and not sure of dome size need opinions ? here is a video the ticking is the clutch handle and the pipes hitting againest the frame
  19. im getting a 96 motor for my 98 banshee and wanna know if it will hook right up or is the cdi or the plug different ???
