CAJUN BANSHEE

I knew it was comming lol. There are dual overflows and also have the dual dumps (hince the billet bowls I forgot to mention) The carbs have been rebuilt and set up by Lectron a few days ago but I haven't had time yet to tear them down. Still doing shit for the wife this morning ugh! Hopefully its something simple, I actually lost sleep over it last night.

Got my lectrons back a few days ago from Lectron fuel systems and I cannot get them to idle down no matter what I do. I adjusted the slides all the way down but the right carb slide bottoms out with about an 1/8" or so. I set the other at the same hight and it revs high @ idle and has no throttle response. Dropped the bowls and floats ar not stuck and both metering rods are facing in the right posision. The idle screw on the side have no response to the engine. Hopefully someone that knows lectrons can chime in because I haven't found much trying to research. My set up as follows: K&T drag ported 421 cub, 40 lectrons, vf3, fuel pump, alky, chariot head and domes by k&t (don't remember what size right of hand) Also the bowls overflow while @ idle. Performed leakdown and no leaks there. I'm about to go mess with her again and report back with dome size and needle specs. Thanks in advance for any help. Btw, the bike starts on the first kick, I don't get it!!

Kevin in Texas. I just got off the phone with him and he explained what was up, carbs had the wrong slides, jets, metering rod, floats and he went on and on. He actually didn't charge me for a few things so yes I flew off the handle too quick lol who doesn't at times. Kevin is a super dude to deal with and turn around time is quick. Can't wait to get em back to finally crank this ole girl.

Yes sir, I know that, just didn't expect to fork out as much as I did. I'm sure it will be worth it as bad of shape my carbs were. I got f over on this set but that's another story lol. Just so yall know I'm not complaining about them, I guess I may have worded it wrong. I'll post some pics of them once I get em back.

Has anyone delt with them or had any carb work done by them? They seem friendly and knowledgeable but man they gouged my eyes out on repairs and setup. Just wondering if anyone else has been in my shoes on this, I'm not bitching, just venting. Ha

I ran la dunes on my 4mil stk cyl with a +6 on 12p sls. Of coase it was a drag port on alky so 9-10p extremes on yours might do good. Were u from anyway newbie lol I'm in lake Charles.
