  1. Just hit it with an impact wrench. If you don't have an impact, people on here have used a strap tool, or a flat bar with 2 holes drilled in it and bolts in the holes to go into the holes in the flywheel.Make sure the bolts don't go too far in and hit the poles on the stator. I don't know if you can buy a good quality pickup coil. Might have to get a whole new stator.
  2. Yep, that would be a loose flywheel. You're not gonna need a flywheel puller to get that flywheel off. Hopefully it didn't damage the crank taper. If the taper on the crank and flywheel look good, lap the flywheel before you put it all back together.
  3. Wait a minute. You're not replacing just the bottom half of the case, are you? You need matching case halves.
  4. Need a whole lot more info than that. Stock swingarm or roundhouse swingarm. Which guide is missing? Post pics of everything.
  5. With E track on the sides, there are E track clips that you can get to slide a 2X4 into, going across the trailer. Then lay plywood on top of the boards and have a raised bed. If you put E track on the sides, it should be secured more securely than just with sheet metal or wood screws.
  6. I have E track. It's awesome. Unlimited tie down possibilities. Yes. it does stick up a bit. I ran 2 full length strips, 48" between the inside edges of the raised part. My plan is to put 3/8" plywood over the whole floor except where the E track is and then cover it with black and white checkered vinyl. It's going to take lots of router work on the plywood where it overlaps the E track flanges and bolts, but the end result will be a flat floor with recessed E track. I'll have to blow the sand out of the E track periodically, but no big deal.
  7. About $5 at your local Yamaha dealer. 93102-12321-00
  8. Wow, not only are you a retard, you're a piece of shit father.
  9. The sad thing is he built this shit for his kid.
  10. Holy fuck!! He did use allthread to lengthen the tie rods..
  11. Next, he'll be using allthread and coupler nuts to extend his tie rods.
  12. Welcome. Make sure you do a leakdown test. Then start with 27.5 pilots and about 300-310 mains.

  14. Holy fuck, no!!! Don't buy from Minky
  15. Yep, take a small pic or really small sharpened screwdriver and tap it into the face of the seal from the side and then just pry it out. Be careful not to scar the shaft or the case. They come out really easy.
  16. There's also 2 steel pipes that the bolts go through.
  17. I'm not trying to help you. I'm trying to enlighten you. Everyone else has given up trying to help you since you have ignored their advice and did things your way anyway. And now you're about to do it again. I can assure you no one here has used a bent file to match cases. And making a template is not the correct way either. You put the cylinder on the upper case half and scribe it from the bottom with a hook shaped scribe. I don't claim to know a lot about porting. That's what I pay Cameron to do. But, from what I understand, 70% of bore diameter is the maximum allowable width for an exhaust port. You're at about 81%. Good luck with that. As far as port heights, it looks like they raised the exhaust 4mm without touching the transfers. Typical Billy Bob work. Pay a builder to do your port work, boring, and crank work. After that it's just assembly, leakdown, and tuning.
  18. All I got out of that was blah, blah, blah, I'm an idiot. Soooo... It's a Billy Bob home brew port job with cast pistons. You're going to go broke trying to save money. Ya gotta wonder, is the exhaust port too wide? Did they raise it too much for stock transfers? Did they chamfer the ports? Is the ring gap too tight because the piston to wall clearance is too tight? After blow up number 2 are you going to be wiser? Should I have frosted flakes for breakfast?
  19. Are you measuring the ring gap in mm or inches? Take another toke and assess the situation.
  20. And you really need to know what your compression actually is. Back in September you said it was 112. Now you "think it's 94".
  21. Do a leakdown test. I bet theres a leak at the reed block gaskets. Or your jets are plugged up.
