  2. Cut off all unneeded BS frame tabs. Strip vin number area with paint stripper. Tell them not blast the shit out of the vin number. Have it powdercoated. Reassemble. Ride.
  3. Why can't you put a set screw in it with a dab of locktite?
  4. Actually it's part of the park brake rev limiter. But get rid of it anyway. Buy an aftermarket clutch lever and perch. That metal hook thing for the parking brake has been know to rip a guys nutsack open when he went over the bars.
  5. Top right corner of screen. Click your user name. Click My settings. Make sure you are on profile settings. Click change my picture. Browse and upload.
  6. So, you connected the key switch wires together after you removed it, right? They must be connected together for it to run.
  7. Make sure the TORS box under the left front of the tank is unplugged. Remove it and smash it with a hammer.
  8. I'll take it. I can pick it up this afternoon at your shop and pay cash.
  9. Buy these from Cascade. Tell them you want them without the headlight mounting holes drilled. They will do it for you. Here's the link to their page. http://67.199.65.66/fileshare/forms/10/LBC-885-NEW.jpg
  10. It's just rubber hose. It's not rocket science. Just make sure it fits.
  11. Here's a pic of the choke tube. Put the damn thing in.
  12. Duh! There's your problem. Put the choke tube on between the carbs.
  13. If you assembled it empty like I suggested, and if it's not the alignment dowels hanging up, then your cases are fucked

    Chrome bars

If you end up buying new, there's the cheap ones for about $27 that aren't really shiny chrome and there's the really nice chromed ones that Cascade sells for about $165. If you see the American flag handlebar pad, you know they're the cheap ones.
  15. You bought a new OEM gas tank from the dealer for $50? That's a smokin deal. Retail is $223.
  16. Did you try to run those 50 watt bulbs with a stock stator? If so, that's not Trail Techs fault. People told you it wouldn't work.
  17. Also, if it has aftermarket crank bearings, do NOT use the full circle circlips that come on them. The grooves in the cases are not machined deep enough for them.
  18. Are they a set of matching cases? On the rear of the cases, there should be matching engraved numbers and letters. When you say, "not sealing", do you mean there is a visible gap at the case split? If so, assemble the cases empty and see if there's still a gap.
  19. Motion Pro will make you custom cables any way you want.
  20. How about a padlock through the rear brake disc? They do make a lock specifically for going through the brake disc on motorcycles.
  21. I'm thinking you just get a cheesy little flat bracket. For $10, I can't imagine you get the whole lever setup. Here's a better link to it. https://www.denniskirk.com/573343.sku?utm_source=google&utm_medium=cse&gclid=CImXmO2oobsCFdJcfgodhm4AbA Could always contact Powermadd and ask them. http://www.powermadd.com/contactus.html
  22. Can you smash it flat with vice grips and then drive it out with a punch from the other side? Never tried that. Just a thought.
