  1. That's the one for a Blaster.
  2. The size crank you can run is directly proportional to the credit limit on your Visa card and indirectly proportionate to the size of your Johnson.
  3. Post a list with prices and I bet you get more interest.
  4. WOW, that's a deal on the thumb throttles. At least 1 of them even has the of the Cascade billet piece that goes where the TORS switch grommet was.
  5. There needs to be a washer on each side of the bearing. So, billet aluminum piece-washer-bearing-washer-pressure plate. You don't want the rollers rolling on aluminum.
  6. And I hope you're not putting the pancake bearing in the way you have it in the pic. It needs to go washer-bearing-washer.
  7. Here's one for $3500. http://eugene.craigslist.org/sno/4375143745.html
  8. OK, cool. This might be of some help to you. http://www.sudco.com/Diagrams123/exppwk.gif
  9. If the top cap is held on with 2 screws, it's a 28. If the top cap screws on like a Banshee with TORS delete, it's probably a 35. Only way to know for sure is measure it. The stamped numbers on OEM bike carbs are different than over the counter carbs.
  10. Muriatic acid eats aluminum. You get it a a swimming pool supply store. Use a Q tip to apply it. Be VERY, VERY careful. It's NASTY stuff. Do not breathe the fumes from it. It's about 10 times worse than taking a whiff of ammonia.
  11. I'm about 82% sure that the Toomey stingers won't work with the CPI pipes. I have never tried it, but I have Cascade Toomey stingers and silencers and Cascade CPI stingers and silencers and they are drastically different.
  12. And what kind of retarded fuck sells carb sync tools in pairs? So you're Josh, the deadbeat dad of 2 3/4 kids that lets the baby momma live with her abusive father? Grow some balls and go hangout on foodstampHQ.
  13. This chicks a real piece of work. Nothing on her facebook page about Banshees. Just about her kids and how bad she needs money. I bet she doesn't even know how many carb sync tools you need for a Banshee. https://www.facebook.com/sandy.josh.33
  14. Tell him to check this one out. http://lansing.craigslist.org/sno/4367888556.html
  15. If your son-in-law doesn't have the motivation and eloquence to do his own research, he is destined for failure in business. If you have to hold his hand at this stage in the game, you will be the one guiding the business through it's success or failure. The bigger question should be do YOU want to be in the Banshee business?
  16. The stop also bends forward when this happens. Bend it rearward and weld in a gusset.
  17. You didn't line up 1 of the arrows on the pressure plate with the arrow on the inner clutch hub.
  18. No you don't. Only use a BHQ sponsor builder and let them supply the pistons.
  19. Before you start buying parts, I would get the motor all torn down and deal with 1 builder for all your stuff, except for the ball bearing shift star roller. Buy that from Mull. He's a site sponsor. The more common bearing is from Shift Pro, but it's more expensive because it comes with the arm and a weak spring. Everybody throws the spring in the trash because it makes it shift too easy.
  20. You've been around here long enough that you can't be this slow. It's not rocket science. It's a brass and rubber fitting pressed into the cover with a hose on it. Surely the only place it can leak is from a cracked hose or the hose fell off. Replace the hose or block it off.
  21. Tru and weld the crank, port cylinders, Wiseco pistons, cool head, pro mod trans, ball bearing shift star roller, mod shift star and shift shaft, pancake bearing, billet water pump impeller, advance timing. That's the basics. If you want, you can spend even more money than that.
  22. http://bansheehq.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=171188&hl=
  23. Here you go. Offer this guy $3,000 and see what happens. Only 3 things wrong with it. Stock swingarm, stock airbox, and twist throttle. There is no way you could build this bike for $3,000. http://lansing.craigslist.org/sno/4367888556.html
