  1. I have a pair of cylinders that look exactly like the 2nd pic. Someone told me it was a 1/2 sleeve. I don't know if they new what they were talking about. Apparently they only bore away 1/2 of the thickness of the original sleeve and press in a thin sleeve. I've never bothered with having cylinders sleeved, but that seems kinda 1/2 assed to me.
  2. No way in Hell! I buy a lot of stuff on ebay, but no way I would buy a complete bike and have it shipped.
  3. If you're going to use a Banshee carb, you have to remove the autolube pump. (which you should do anyway)
  4. Forward of the front motormounts, the only cross tubes connecting the left and right sides together, are at the lower steering stem bearing and the front lower cross tube.
  5. WOW! Not much holding that frame together. http://detroit.craigslist.org/mcb/sno/4464946581.html
  6. Before you throw it out, chop the wires and save the rubber grommet. Fill the hole with black silicone sealer and stick it back in your thumb throttle.
  7. I turn my debts over to Karma. One guy burned me for $35. He fell off a scaffold at work and now he's crippled for life. Another guy stiffed me for $20 and somebody killed him.
  8. Grease? Uh, no. Petroleum based products will swell up rubber brake components. Use only brake fluid to as an assembly lubricant.
  9. You know that's just 1 wheel, right? That's what you want. You want the width of the tire at the bulge to be wider than the bead to bead width of the wheel.
  10. Yes, obviously diameter is what counts. Width is a little bit flexible. All crooks have to start somewhere too. I surely wouldn't gamble on someone who has never bought or sold anything. Or maybe he has. Maybe his previous ebay account was closed by ebay for ripping people off, and he just started a new one.
  11. Whats confusing you is that tire size is always diameter, width at the bulge, rim size, and wheels are diameter then width. You always want the wheel width narrower than the stated width of the tire. But why in the hell would you buy from someone with no feedback, and an ebay member for less than a month?
  12. WOW! How could somebody be so stupid to ship it like that? There is no way insurance is going to cover that.

If you don't need the adapter for bigger carbs. here's 1 already in Australia. Or you might send them a message and see if they sell the one with the bigger adapter. http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Carburetor-throttle-body-synchrometer-sync-ballancer-Carbtune-vacuum-guage-/151084253130?pt=AU_Car_Parts_Accessories&hash=item232d52bfca
  16. Oh man!! That sure sounds like you have an air leak. Do not ride that until you do a leakdown test. Since you didn't mention that it passed leakdown, I'm assuming you didn't do it.
  17. Look at the tubes where the pinch bolts go through. See if they are touching each other when you tighten the bolts. I have a chrome Lonestar roundhouse swingarm that I had to grind the slots wider.
  18. If you have an air chisel, you can spin it off pretty easy. Of coarse, make sure you're turning it in the correct direction. Righty tighty, lefty loosey.
  19. 87-06 is all 4 on 115mm on the rear, EXCEPT 89-90 which is 4 on 156mm. We don't get Banshees in the US after 06, but I would guess that 2012 is probably the same as 06. Here is the bolt pattern chart I use. http://www.mud-throwers.com/atv_wheel_chart
  20. It's funny how we use the shit out of his webpage, but never in a million years would we even buy pop out of his pop machine. LOL
