I'll TRY to help you one last time. Measuring the hole is inaccurate. (Hint: you really can't accurately ... there's an arc to the holes,not straight line) Try measuring off a fixed point on the case(like aftermarket degree wheels do) ,use a degree wheel on your crank,and see what you come up with. I'm not saying it a huge difference, but if your off .25mm per degree,or vis versa , you'll be off 1° total. Judging by the quality and accuracy of the pictures you posted, you're not within .25mm on any of it.
