  7. Guess I'm the only guy that didn't see the big deal with his transmissions. Sure, they worked, but so do/did a lot of other guys too. Plus the service after the sale was superior to WCR by a looong shot. But comparing trans back to back,,,I couldn't tell a difference in shifting characteristics or durability. So for me, WCR falling off the map didn't bother me all.
  8. 2500 is high unless it has good suspension mods and some decent motor upgrades.

  10. 1. Read Clymer2. Follow instructions. 3. Ride. One of your spacer washers is in the wrong spot it seems in the picture. (Possibly ) hard to see. There should be one on each side of the basket.
  11. OP needs a Clymer manual. Hope you get it fixed. I'd buy a Clymer asap if I were you though.
  12. I've ran alky motors on stock carbs before . ( 350 stock cyl, one float removed, modded petcock, 300'.) I doubt you'll suck them dry on gas.
  13. I'd rather run the more loose squish on a play bike. . 050-.060 is good and safeDid you measure compressed thickness or new? But really, these are questions best answered by the person you had port the cyls. Not random people on the Internet.
  14. Could also be leaking from the head to side cover hose and leaking through the drain hole in case.
  15. Ok.Then the pix really don't help us much. Do a proper WOT plug chop and let us know. Also need the needle setting.
  16. Actual plug chop or just all round running on them? If it was all round running and idling, you're seeing the fat pilot jet on them and it's showing richer then they really are. If it won't pull up top, but isnt blubbering, it's probably lean. Put needle in middle notch and report back.
