    33 & 35 pwk use the same boots. The best size carb on that motor will be preference as the larger the Carb the more mid you will loose but gain top end. Plenty of guys including myself are running 35's on 421 motors with great all around results. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Did you Replace the stator with an oem or ? Check basic things like wiring, coil, ignition switch, on off switch. These parts sometimes are corroded internally and can cause intermittent problems. Also while tinkering with it did you re connect any plugs or anything un plugged ?
