  1. like the vitos power pistons? will it really act similar to raising the port that 2 deg? also wont that mess with the combustion chamber to some extent since the top of the piston wont all be the same
  2. Looks good!!! Do ya think the +18 will be long enough ? Cant wait to see what it all looks like finished! I like the sub frame I should do something like that
  3. I am thinking about tweaking my exhaust port a little on my 10mil serval from 192 up to 194 just to give it a little more top end ... it will suck to chip the plating but I guess if I do oh well I'll get it fixed I'll post back my progress if I decide to do it
  4. let me know when you get it done if your gonna come up to play on the coal in pa.. do you have any good hills down in maryland??
  5. I have a vitos head its the second generation head that uses stock studs not sure if thats the one you were looking for.. I also have a few sets of big bore domes
  6. If you can get the port timings in the 192/128 ish range it could be a good all around setup but any higher on the exhaust it will be down on roll on power imo
  7. The mono block might work but mainly depends on porting it would need to be looked at and degreed in if it has been ported to far its not gonna be trail friendly.. next issue would be the spacer plate idea dont think that will work. Also the fmf is not going to be a good pipe for that setup.. look at porting a good set of stock cyl or a serval cyl... and you cant bore a stock cyl to 68 unless you resleeve it which imo is more money than its worth.
  8. I used a sawzal and then sanded them smooth and shaped them
  9. Looks terrible but I guess to each there own... I have always really liked the banshee look
  10. let me know if you go I'm sure me and a few of my buddies will go if it dont cost to much to race
  11. I'm sure you will love it they make great power everywhere!!!!! and Dave is a great guy he has helped me more times than I can count
  12. you can clearly see he does not back off for me which is why I jumped he wanted to make the hill but just drifted too far he should be about 5 feet over when he tops the hill thats where we all were when we did it earlier he just has to hit the lip too hard I guess. watch the video starting at about 4:40 to see his last two attempts
  13. I'll go look for the other video he was coming up the hill 3rd gear full throttle he hit the lip wrong and sent him off track aiming right at me when that happened he was only 10-15 ft away you have to jump or get ran over. When he landed his bike just bogged it dint recover with the dombos on. Had just changed his clutch the old one was skipoing all morning. In the other video you can see he shoulf have just stopped. I am always ready to jump and try to help I ran down plenty oh hills after people. Guess you have to be there to see what I mean
  14. Its a hat type thing to keep your head warm lol (beanie)
  15. On the banshee crash we would have never made it in time the hill is steeper than it looks you would have fell and rolled into the quad.
  16. So what hills are you doing and where are they?
