  1. Maybe try blaster plastic. At least the rear fenders look good on them.
  2. That looks good as shit- No it looks better then that lol
  3. Only thing I could think of is your case halves seal is blown, or your right side crank seal is blowing by into the tranny. Both need to be fixt right away of you risk a melt down.
  4. I don't want to add fuel to the fire but Daj (old mod here) said he hit 80hp on the dyno with a 421 cub and stock carbs.
  5. One of my case studs is all janked up. On my last re-build I cross threaded a nut just to somewhat tighten it down. Basically I re-did what the previous owner did. My question is: Is there someone who sells stock replacement case studs or someone who sells upgraded case studs?
  6. I agree. I already have a Cascade star, FAST mod shift shaft, and the shift pro EZ spring. Those parts helped out alot. Even trail riding I would miss 3rd gear down a long back stretch with my stock stuff. Those 3 mods fixt all that. I only missed shifts racing my buddies. My friends 20K TRX542 beat me 2 out of 4 times. Why? Cause I missed gears thats it. On the clean runs I whooped him. Same deal with my buds 4 mil, he only beats me when I miss a shift.
  7. NP Chris. I have done a lil research on this and have only read good things from guys just riding. I've also read that it doesn't always help if your puttin down serious power and trying to bang them out at a high rpm ie drag racing. My bike although a 465 will spend 99% of it's time in the woods and play riding. Hell I don't think my combo will be turning the rpms up high enough for this mod not to work. My old worked stock stuff combo shifted great, it only missed shifts when I was racing someone- pretty much the worst time to let me down lol
  8. I just got my cases back from trenching and it dawned on me. This thing ain't gonna shift. I already had shifting problems with my stock combo. Who can I get to do a cut transmission? I don't want an overide or dunable just a cut trans.
  9. Things like the kicker are steel. It will take forever to polish and rust down the road.
  10. I've used the card trick and it's a good way to go because most likely you will wreak the paint putting the tires back on.
  11. I say stick with stock gears they really let you know how much more power you have over well a stock motor. When it get to the point of wheelies or ridiculous wheel spin then upgrade.
  12. The dopest flyest most harcore pimpin ganster mother fucker living today....

  13. I'm one of those guys with painted plastic. I get most of my wear around the plastic edges. Chips don't seem to be a problem for me but every now and then a sticker bush will leave a mark.
  14. I'm running the stock box lid off, Prodesign intake, and K&N/outerwares. I'm already running 320's with ported stock cylinders.
  15. Thanks. Sometime down the road I'll probably switch to 35's.
  16. Thats all the power I'm trying to make.
  17. Just looking for a stating point. It's a 465, PC pipes, stock carbs, Vitos 10 port unported. Gonna be for trails only. Throw a number at me- thanks!
  18. Was planning on straight cuts and the stock bearings, but stock I mean um stock lol What are they 7 ball or something I think. Straight cuts are killing me- they are so expensive for what you get.
  19. I am building a 10mil trail motor with maybe 80hp. I was seriously considering using just the stock bearings should I be worried?
