1# The weather, theres nothing you can do
2# my woman wrecking her car, yeah she can't drive.
3# my gun jamming lol, yes I've had nitemares about this.
Will have new carbs here in about a week or so I can't wait.
Everybody like to debate the big VS small set up on the servals so I'll start a new thread with my small set up after I get the bugs worked out.
Thanks alot guys.
Mine made that noise. I found out I didn't put the kicker return spring and gear in the right spot when I put the assemble back together. The gear wasn't returning all the way like it should. Look for wear on your idler gear.
Thanks buddy! I'm running the stock swinger. I didn't know they made 15 size pilots? Everyone I asked said stock was the smallest. It's funny you mentioned the Mikuni VM's.
I was checking them out the other day and the whole line of them old round slides basically look the same.
I ride in dirt at home but the NC stuff where I go is a giant hole in the ground. It's an ex sand and gravel pit turned atv park.
The stuff is like sand but with gravel mixed in if that makes sense. The drag track has the same chit.
I had sheerider1026 cut my trans. The work looked great! My shee does indeed shift way better then before AND I added alot of power.
FWIW I'm running a 465, your experience may be different.
Power shifts for me are still unreasonalable just like they were with my modded stock stroke/stock jug bike.
If your trying to trail ride/drag race a bike with power this mod will work if you let off the gas+pull the clutch all the way in then shift.
If you get good at this then it's almost as fast as a dunable and you can backload the chit out of it as much as you want plus let your friends and woman ride it.
My stock stroke/stoke jug bike wouldn't even do this under power at high rpms.
I would consider this mod a real improvement over stock even for modded stock bikes.
What are you trying to do with the bike? I have my lil 10mil on stock carbs rite now.
If you want to joy ride the thing I think you want VM 30-34mm carbs.
I run a 1500 lumen LED with a battery. I didn't mess with modding the lighting coil to charge the battery.
The main reason was the reality of the whole thing it isn't beneficial to my batteries (2 6000mah 7.2v stick packs) to charge them all the time while I'm riding.
I run 27watts or 9 three watt cree's in one light. It's more then enough and people have complained about how bright it is. I've calculated the batteries to last around 3 hours.
3 hours is more then my fully fueled tank can last and I haven't ever rode that long at nite.
Yeah those prowedges and 4 snows are not all that in the NC sand plus they would be finished if I tried to run them on the trails around there.
I will check out those desert storm type ones though. Thanks brother!
