  1. Vitos has a 4mil stroker that allows you to use stock pisons all you need is the stroker and a spacer and they clam it makes the same performance as the the regular stroker and it costs around 450
  2. what would be better for trails and messing around a 4mil or a 404 bigbore for my banshee i have toomey t5s v2 reeds and k&n filter and the bike is getting tired so i want to rebuild it and im not looking for a bike thats gonna tear my arms off at 80mph i want somthing that has power around midrange and i was wondering if a longer stroke or a bigger bore would be better

  5. well no seeing how last year was 2009 and i beat a zr 440 ported and piped in a 660 ft and i have the turbo bigger carb prted bored and heads milled with ethanol and clutched to take off at 7000rpm witch is enough to let the turbo spool and geared

  8. well let me tell you i am more than capable of fabricating all of this i just need some tips from people that have done it or seen it and i thought a motofast 2 into1 was a low to mid pipe and you have one on a drag bike?i had this working perfect on my snowmobile but that had the pulse lines so i used a spare fuel pump as the oil pump and yes the fuel pump cycled the oil.
  9. who makes a good 2 into 1 like urs and how much of a difference will this turbo make on a mostly stock(wiseco pro lites bored .60 toomey t 3s) motor.and i acctually do need an oil pump wear can i get one cheap how would i power it and how do i run the antifreeze for it it has antifreeze jackets in it

  12. this turbo has a oil reservoir and a aintifreeze boot on it so it runs from the radiator for cooling and has a internal oil system
  13. what i was thinking for the exhaust is taking a t pipe and running them across the expansion chambers and hooking the t to the turbobut what i am worried about is equal boost in both cylinders

  15. no Tors with stock carbs the tube on the intake boots are fine is fine it has brand new reeds i cleaned the carbs tried the cdi its fine stator is fine all the grounds are where there arsupposed to be so i cant picture what the problem could be
  16. i have a 89 banshee just went through the whole motor new seals o4 tranny hot rods stock crank vitos power pistons toomey t3 pipes k& n filterbored.60 over jetted perfect golden colo(300 main 30 pilot stock needle) and i did 4 heat cycles then on the 5th i rode it and i got on the throttle randomly then i rode it normally and it ran just fine then out of nowhere i go to start it it dont start so then i push start it and it fires up i let it warm up and took it for a ride and i cant give it past 1/4 throttle or it sputter and cuts in and out but still has alot of bottom end power so i did a comp test 138 in both cylinders all my wires are good my flywheel is clean stator is new pickup coil is .18th of an inch from the flywheel so i dont no what the problem could be and i dont feel like taking it to a deal and pay 100 bucks for somthing obvious. can somone plz help me??????
