its quite a bit of money tho 300 for a core exchange and 450 to just buy it but its all worth it in the end

that is never good for a tranny that is stock cut if you want it to last use the clutch but wcr cuts a tranny that you can WOT with out the clutch its like a dunable but more suitable for trail and play

if all that fails give these guys a call http://www.w-c-r.com/index.htm i am thinking about sending my transmission to them this weekend i guess hes the guy to do you tranny work you can get all sorts of tranny combos what i am having him do is a N down 1-4 overide with manual 5th and 6th. they also do a mod where the cut the little dogs on the tranny and it makes it work just like stock except it goes into gear alot smoother and easier

it could possibly be that you have a worn transmission that just cant handle the extra horsepower id get it cut

i believe the you advance the exhaust cam 1 tooth and leave the intake and i guess you will notice a litttle more bottom end my cuzin has this mod done and it has alot of bottom end but his is the only yfz ive ever ridden

probably jetting but mine did that and it was the stator it would rev to the moon in neutral but be really doggy when in gear

if i under stand right you have a 14.2:1 compression ratio if thats the case i would run 110

i got it from M&M atv, andy is a really helpful person

if you wher sitting on it the left bottom side of the fram looks kicked out look at the plastic and look at the frame it looks uneven

get drive line dune/trail clutches man shits crazy

stock needle 4th clip from the top 2nd from the bottom 30 pilot and maybe richer on the main

if you buy the serval you better get the 4 mil setup cuz if you buy the regular serval and want a little more itll cost you alot to set it up for a 4 mil crank

let me tell you i have a 421 serval and its more than enough for playing around it has alot of bottom end and it still pulls hard off the top
