    second gear is not going to be an issue unless ur packing a 16mill with nitrous ur secong gear should work fine a welded crank is somthing u should really consider who trail ported it. a 4mill is going to be a better use of ur money than a billet 2nd gear. with the 4mill you will gain tons of bottom end and torque witch is need for trail riding.

    well if it is not ported you have way to high comp for pump gas i am guessing you have right around 170-180 psi with my serval at sea level with 22cc domes i have 194psi in both cylinders

    that is not true ddu i have an 89 banshee the vin number confirms 89 and it has j arms

    a 400ex is better for trails but playing around in sand and more open ares a banshee will slap that 400ex around like no other.

    a welded crank is a pretty mucha must when adding hp somtime even stock motors seperate the crank

    i just recieved a set of 38mm lectron carbs that supposedly ran alky so i called packard just to make sure and he said they are setup for gas and its 100bucks per carb for him to set them up so would it be cheaper for lectron to set them up or anyone else?

    did you check the float height did it back fire when it was loading up if so it might have cracked a reed

    do you have aftermarket light maybe drawing to much power from the stator? or maybe your stator is starting to get weak?

    bog or cutting out if its cuttin out it sounds like an elect problem i spent 5 month fucking with my banshee because my stator tested fine i replaced it as a last ditch effort and it ran great

    i have itp rims im not sure what kind tho but they are ofset 3 inches each so a total of 6 inches wider

    if i had a pic id show you unplug the whole key from the harness

    just unplug your key i unplugged my when i baught it and just zip tie the conector up

    you might have weld the push rod inside your clutch but like matt said that wouldnt make it smoke

    dont run pump with the 22cc domes i am also from mi and i am about 500ft and my comp is at 148 with 24cc domes

    with my serval and a 15/41 gearing and a 1-5 override i top about at the 500 foot mark i measure on my road so if you running a built motor try a 16/41

    well if i go through a gallon of race gas in 20mins and 3 gallons of alky in 20 mins i think id pick the alky i get more horse power for the same price

    race gas where im at is 6.50 a gallon and methanol is 2.45 a gallon so if you gonna spend money to set ur carbs for e85 you should prolly just run meth instead

    well it evtually started after kicking it about a hundred more times and now its starts everytime

    well it ran fine i took the clutch cover off to polish it and i put it back on and all it did was fire once everytime i kick it it only fires once and nothing else

    make sure you have him do the stock tranny mod or you are not gonna shift worth shit its like 150 dollars

    i just think you have back luck with the testers just try another tester they are supose to hold air
