  1. just spend 2k and get a 4mil serval more than enough for a track quad and with some nice pipes and carbs people claim 80+hp now my story is differen i have a serval on alky so i cant really help you with what kind of power it makes on gaas cuz i could never get it tuned on gas
  2. got it running and it runs great it just needed a shot of ether like cam said
  3. my fileters touch my stingers and they dont melt
  4. a bad set of reeds will make it not want to start. i can turn mine over by hand and it has 185psi compression so you have to be more specific.
  5. might have a leak on the clutch side or maybe pinched an oring on the head?
  6. well it ran fine a week ago on gas the only thing i did was diff carbs and domes
  7. ok i set up my banshee for alky and get it all redy to go i went to start it and all it does is fire once everytime i kick it i no its not to cold because i am in a heated garage i let it sit over night it was late and i figure it was just flooed so i went out there this morning and same fucking thing fires once with no sign of starting.

  9. bore might be egged out or maybe bad piston clearance and cracked a piston skirt and it sucked it up in the top end causing it to pit the piston post pics please

  11. a serval is perfect for duning and play dragging a 421 serval will keep with a 421 cub but the cub will be slighty faster
  12. dont let a dealer fix it it will be way cheaper if you do it yourself and the banshee motors are pretty much tard proof so you cant really do it wrong
  13. my banshee did the same thing i spent a long ass time messing with it all because my stator tested fine then about 6 months later i said fuck it an put a new stator in it and it ran perfect
  14. ok i know this isnt a banshee but i have an 86 honda 200sx and the brake pedal is siezed to the frame i can harldy move it up and down i put alot of oil on it and let it sit for about 20 mins then started to work it up and down and it freed up a little but it still takes alot of force to move i tried torching it with no sign of improvment any sugestions on getting it off would be nice.my grandpa had this fourwheeler since day one and the brakes havnt work for as long as i can remember and i am just trying to fix it so my granpa dont kill himself on it

  16. its hard to tell hot rods changed there cranks at some point but if im not mistaken a ck158b is a 4 mill what are the numbers on the pistons that will help alot. put ur cylinders back on with pistons installed and use some thing that read mm and measure how far the piston moves up and down in the cylinder

  18. on a cub couldnt you just measure the culinder hieght it self to no if its a 4 mil seeing how a stock cub and a 4 mill cub cylinders are casted differently?
  19. i check my comp after every 4 tanks of gas and now that i have a 3k motor i am really anal about maintenance

  21. +4 should be fine dont bump the comp any more that what you have pump gas is really only safe up to about 150psi
