yeh a 60 seems kinda big i am running a 75 in my alky bike with the same carbs and alky requires twice as much fuel as gas

try a dynoport or shearer 2 into 1 pipe

get a different compression tester ive had a motor that is running good and last checked had 145psi and the other compression tester only read 40 got a new tester and it read 145 again

never spray brake clean in your motor fumes are very hazardous(seizures strokes death) and i could have sworn brake cleaner hardens rubber seals and eats them.

on gas with stock carbs i got about 2-3 hours of hard riding now i get about an hour..............lol

idk about 500 my brother had a bronco with a stock 302 in it with just a cam and i would say that is what in the 200hp range and that turned 40s with a little struggle

there is no porting to be done on the head becuase you port a cylinder on a 2 stroke not the head.

you know im kinda getting out of the whole two stroke game in general someone might make an offer on my motor if they do im have a new 450 sitting in my garage the reason i wanted a cub is i dont ride anymore except up north and on trips wich is a handle full of times a year.

no cuz i need to have it reported for the 4mil and i need new pistons and domes if i buy your cls i might as well just buy a brand new cub setup not to be a dick or anything

i have a 4 mil serval cub topend has about 5 hours on it i would like to trade for a regular 4 mil cub top end i got the bike setup and realized its not what i wanted makes great lowend power also has alot of mid to top end perfect for playing and some trails i will post pics later i still have to take them off my motor

when i had my stock cyls i had a 340 main and that was with trail port k&n pods and pro circuit pipes and i think it was a tad lean and i am at 0-500ft i think you should go to a 310 main

well i think you should put you banshee in the garage get a compression tester and if you compression is over 165psi and you are still running pump gas you should go and hit you head on a wall a couple of times because you can do some serious damage to a motor running to low of octaine. with 18cc domes you have a serious compression ratio.
