  2. no just remove the fly wheel stator plate and everything on the clutch side. remove cylinders and pistons and split the case replace both clutch and stator side seal but 1211 on it and seal it back up

  5. welcome to the site your better off buying a slightly modded banshee(less money in mods later down the road) than a stock one banshees are very fun to ride but once you start modding as long as your wallet can support it it is endless to what a banshee can become especially with the new servals running around. you will have your fun with your banshee then you will start understanding how a banshee likes to operate then it will lead to wanting more and more so goodluck. owning banshees should definitly be considered a hobby. you can build a trail banshee all the way to a 130+hp drag banshee it really is endless on what you can do.

  7. when my pushrod welded it welded to the tranny i had to slip the case and put the rack in a vice and beat the rod out
  8. i think some crack head put your motor together(no offense if you did it) but the is not suposed to be a regular bolt its supposed to be threaded all the way down with a philips head on it
  9. i had my motor out of my banshee in like an hour you have to take the spark plugs out and you motor will come out of the stator side of the frame
  10. also put that timing plate at +3 servals dont like alot of timing are your reeds crack?
  11. choke tube in place? to low of idle? to small pilot pilot airscrew to far out try another set of spark plugs ive had plugs not work from the store dont no why but it happens
  12. if you say when its cool does it get better as you go its prolly due to the cylinders being could when they warm up the rings expand
  13. i think its worth it it sounds to me like improper kick start installation or broken kick gear

    i would like a set of sf sb shearer pipes inframe outa frame left right oposite it doesnt matter just looking for a set of shearers pm me and let me no what you have thank you.
  17. i bought there pistons only to have it shatter in my cylinder and the other one had stress cracks in it

  19. 105 isnt bad for you elavation its getting there tho just toss some new rings in it.
  20. 55 isnt massive for a pj id try a 48 or a 52..
