  1. i ran them. my cylinders were bored by vitos and the piston shattered after about 1 1/2 hours
  2. im running b9es +6 timing and 170comp there alot of heat going into my motor and nothing has popped yet. 13hours on motor
  3. the only challenge ive had with banshees were the built up 10,000 dollar ones which i wouldnt lose by alot.. :rotflmao: :rotflmao: He prolly had 30k in his 450 if he kept up with that banshee.
  4. measure the silencer and get a sparky spark arestor in that size
  5. could clutching do it? i put heavier wights in it and it might bogging the motor causing it to load up?
  6. fuel pressure is 3-4lbs at idle and 10-12 at wot i dont think cranseal because there is no oil that goes inside the engine comp is 130 stock is around 130 10milbanshee its a sx 600 twin i never touched the jetting its 100% stock inside the motor it ran perfect for 2 seasons plugs were gold the whole time same elevation
  7. i heard that lockups increase clutch life by a huge amount no matter the hp.
  8. i dont know the sled starts so easy you can half ass pull the recoil and it will fire up.
  9. thats what i was consider but the temp was a solid 20-30 the whole weekend everyday it ran great then at the end of the trip it started to run richer bump the temp got colder outside.
  10. i should have adressed this problem in jauary but never did and winter is coming and i need this solved. My sled ran good all season then one day it slowey started burning more fuel and the plugs started getting darker and darker. i switched plugs about 4 times in one day. by the end of the day i went from 10-12 mpg to 4-6mpg. my fuel pressure stayed the same so i know my pump isnt messing up. the carbs are spotless. the intake is a chamber airbox so no filters. the compression is the same as when i baught it, and reeds are tight.

  13. by any chance were these carbs ran on alcohol? alcohol leaves some nasty build up if you let it sit. if i let my bike sit for mor than a week i have to bash them with a rubber mallet to get the floats un stuck.

  17. i am working on a drop and go setup i have almost everthing made in the spring i just bolt the turbo to the exhaust and slip on some clamps and the quad is ready to go same with the snomo in the winter just drop in go

  19. Nick is by far the most retarded member on this website. 2 years is still pretty new tech and yes i did know they had an old 2s car if you look at my title you should understand the "new" part. it is really interesting how this engine has both head and cyl combined.

  21. what is the point of turning the crank on a banshee engine? what are the benefits of it the only thing i can see is it turning your 80hp bike into a 80hp vibrator....
