i built a turbo serval because it was reccomended by a company for a turbo because the low port timing would help with turbo spool, this thread is not about why the fuck i baught a serval i just wanted a simple guidline not play 20 fucking questions.

lol i had the cpis laying around becuase i was going to build a duner and never had the time/ money the 421 serval is acually my turbo motor. i want to run gas this winter with no turbo. i have a 440 exciter and a srv540 intake both the same? i need to dig them out still.

what would be a good starting point for 20-40F degree weather 400ft elevation cpi oofs on a 421 serval i am using a single mikuni 38tm flat slide. i have never ran the motor on gas, in winter, and with a single carb. i am using a single because its my only gas carb that i have. i know 20-40F degrees is a jump in temp but i am hoping to have it jetted damn near good for 20F and a little rich for 40F.

take the airbox off and look in the back of both carbs at the same time and slowly open the throttle until its wide open. make sure both slides open at the same time and all the way

are both slides in the carbs opening all the way?

is it losing power or is it stuttering?

i use 3inch pipe off the cylinder with 8 inch stacks out the back.

what exactly do you want paulie? if you want alot of torque and midrange get a 4mil or 10 mil serval with a clean up port.

4 passes on my turbo and im 220F + and pisses a little alky out the pipe

if that is so why does one build constantly say if the domes arnt right it wont perform every time you mention a mod and also puts out higher numbers then most?

after making a purchase while back that was little over 2 grand andy was nice enough to call it 2k even that is a good salesman if i ever saw one. not to mention he also got the parts to my door in less than 5 days with the exption of 7 day on the cub cyls because they were out of stock. no complaints andy is my mechanic from now on.
