Well I got a motor in pieces and he took the trannsmission apart for some reason. I have a manual but its not doing me much justice on reasemmbling it other then the pictures. So I tryed eyeing it all up by picture and got it together but both sets of gears wouldnt sit competely down in the case it looked like I had to gears messed up. Well stupid me grabbed the trannsmission shaft and gears I didnt mess with and took it apart!
Can someone show me a good diagram or pictures or something to get these things together???
Lol no harm down alf im not a big soft that gets offended over anything. It has no spacer plate, or head setup for a 4 mill. He apparently didnt think the whole process through and when he found out about needing the head redone and everything just stopped? Thats the story hes feeding my anyway. Either way I cant run the 4 mill crank with his cylinders anyways the porting is for stock stroke it will be way off from what I understand.
I understood that much im just confused on how to measure the stroke??? Theres no pistons so I cant measure it by going that route and im really not to sure of any other way to do it.
Im about to get a motor off a kid the motor was completely set up for stock stroke and ported, milled stock head, ect ect. He decided to throw a 4 mill crank in it or atleast he said he did and wants to sell it to me. How do I know if its truly a 4 mill he has no pistons or anything. He offered to let me take the cylinders and everything off
Like someone else stated if you want all around riding pwk 28s are sweet thats what I run they retain the lowend will improving mid and top. If your want something a little more agressive oko makes 30s which are a keihn replica would be sweet if ur duning 33s would be cool what type of riding are you mainly doing that would help us a little more I forget where it was but I recall someone saying theyre bike run better with a tighter plug gap mabey you could snug it up to .30 or .28? Could always set timing at +5 just expirement with it I guess. Just a thought I guess, cpis are good pipes but the new r2 rockets are supposed to pull just as good ontop if not better and still have good bottem and mid. If you can wait a little those sniper pipes coming out look SICK.
Any Idea what kind of price tags these things are gonna have? Wonder if theyd work good with more of a trail setup such as pwk28s and pro circuits or pt mids. Or would it be more like trying to setup a cub for bottem end just kind of a waste of time with better options?
Some bad ass bikes bro, Deff look at cascade, mabey talk to jeff at fast, get some bead locks from hyper or if your into more shiny bling some douglas bead locks, lonestar, rpm. There's lots of good companys I'd check out site sponsors first though!

Im in need of some cylinders for a stock stroke bike. Ported or not ported it doesnt matter Im not really looking to spend a small fortune just for cylinders just let me know thanks.
Im no carb expert but I say hey if you can get them for a good price sure get them. If they dont work just put them on the shelf or resell them. I ran pwk 28s, which was a HUGE improvement over stock, tuning, and power from top to bottem was so much better.
