  1. Careful running interceptor it separates really fast. As far as the ratio I'm not really sure on that one.
  2. I haven't rode a cub but I can tell you you won't be disappointed with the serval. I raced my buddy with a 4mil long rod dune port and walked all over it. It pulls from as low in the rpm as you can get it all the way thru. I've kinda shity tires but I can brake them loose in just about every gear on cement.
  3. So I took mine out today.... As I said before it's a 421 serval with 35mm air strikers and R-2 pipes. Let me tell the that bike is a blast. Super fast and very smooth. I can lug way down on the rpm and hit the gas and be right back on the pipe. And the pipes, man they just feel like they pull forever. This is pretty much the first time I've gotten it out besides breaking it in in my sub and all of it is new to me, cylinders carbs and pipes. Before I had a stock stroke stock port stock carbs with fmf fattys. This is a wayyyyy better setup. Anyone thinking about building one of these I wouldn't think twice.
  4. I've got the same setup except I have 22cc domes. I'm still doing the break in and running R2 pipes and so far I love it. I plan on getting all broke in this weekend.
  5. I just had my frame powdered and he used the best clear you can get and it looks great. My buddy had his frame professionally painted and I think mine is just as glossy as his. I think it all depends on what products you are using as well as color.
  6. Damn now you guys have got me kinda worried. Jeff at fast built and setup the motor for pump. I will be deffinetly doing the compression test before starting.
  7. How should I set up my 4 mil serval. I'm running 35mm a/s on pump, cool head with 22cc domes, open k&n filters, +4 timing. I don't remember what jets are in it but it's what Jeff told me to put in it. Where should the clip be, it's in the middle now. How should I do the fuel screw? Any other tips. I'm just now getting ready to start it for the first time. I've been building this thing for the last year now and really want to hear it run. Oh and I'm running R2 pipes and live in Michigan. I think about 500ft.
  8. Josh you just got your cases back together... Why would you want to rip the motor back apart just to do this. I would have done it before the motor was put back together or when you do another rebuild.
  9. http://detroit.cityvoter.com/custom-concepts-powder-and-ceramic-coatings/biz/455926?r=short Try that one. I'm doing all this from my phone so shits a little difficult. Lol
  10. Hey this is my buddies company in Detroit. There is a contest of some sort going on and he says if you vote and he gets first place he will give any new customers a 10% discount. http://ctvr.us/custom0
  11. Is your choke tube hooked up on your carbs? If not that will lean out your right cylinder real bad.
  12. Mark is a great guy to deal with. I just got my pipes from him and they're in shipping now. Will answer any question you have and won't dick you around.
  13. So do I start on any certain side? Do I just use a socket or screw driver?
  14. I'm getting my front hubs powder coated and am wondering how I take the bearings out of the. Do they just pound out one side or what?
  15. Just bought mine. They should be shipping out tomorrow or Monday. Mark is a great guy to deal with and was very helpful. Wouldn't hesitate to do business with him again.
  16. There's a bunch. Custom concepts is who I'll be going to in the next week or so. Haven't personaly had work done but have seen some and they do real good work.
  17. Thanks man. That's what I thought. They look like a pretty bad ass carrier and figured for the little extra money I'm spending vs a stock one it's worth it.
  18. Has anyone used the billet carrier on eBay? I believe it is made by RAD. It has all the grease fittings in it and looks pretty beefy.
  19. He says the cap the radiator came with was pretty much new. There was only like 2 rides on it.

  21. That's kinda what I told him. It's a new motor so he still hasn't really been able to get on it much. Just warm up and kinda tooling around with it. But I want to say that mine dis the same thing. Has anyone ever put a cap on the overflow. Not a tight one but just tight enough to where it would blow off if it over heated. He just redid the entire bike and is kinda anal about it. Right now he has a bag zip tied to the hose if that gives you an idea. Lol.
  22. My buddy wanted me to post this and see if it's normal or if you guys have any idea what it could be. He has an oversized radiator, not sure what brand, but everytime he rides it it will leak a little tiny bit every time. It's a new motor, 4mil dune port and he said he had just put a new impeller in it. He says it is much any of the times but now the fluid level in the radiato is low enough to where he can't see it when you take the cap off. Is this normal or can you guys think of anything it could be.
