    the ams diamond tracs work well, they are light weight, magic racing in utica stocks them.

    jets are not adjustable, you have to change them. there are 2 mainjets and 2 pilots at about $4 each I would start with 27.5 pilots and 280 mains for your setup.

    spark arrestors are required to ride on any state land in mich. some dnr guys are more strict than others though, silver lake dunes are the worst.

    have you checked the plug wires and caps? did you change anthing when this started to happen? carbs synced? float bowls on correct carbs? choke tube installed? slides in correctly? what does the spark look like when kicking over?

    no but it could have caused the overheating that hurt something else. it has to be getting cylinder pressure in the cooling system to shoot out coolant like that. pressure check the cooling system again.

    If I ever do it again I will get cub cyls, only cost's a few more bucks then porting and boring. cheeta cub and 4mil crank. call Jeff @ FAST Racing he'll set you up right!!!!!
