We got the clutch in and run the cub. It runs awsome we wound up at 182 mains about 6 sizes bigger than what we thought should do it.

yeah they are unneccesary weight. lol

the top bolt should be 10mm 1.25 pitch

Jeff at fast did a 4mil dune port for me. I run the R2 pipes 35mm carbs the thing is awsome trails drags and dunes.

the head hose goes to the radiator tank,the opposite side of the radiator cap. yes on the vents

the hose that goes to the brass nipple on the head comes from the right side of the top radiator tank. the vent hose goes to a tee that is connected to the vent hose coming out of the back of the engine case.

I used the bolt that holds the clutch cable holder, and the other end to the coil mount.

that would be to easy. I put mine on the alignment rack at work.

well my wrist is mostly healed, so started to work on the cub again. we talked to Jeff at fast. he gave us some things to check. we set the plug gap at 24 and the pickup at 15. and added a ground wire from the coil to the engine case. did another leak down, holds perfect. runs better but still not rite. left side plug wet, so just for shits we went up 4 jet sizes and it started to run much better. the left side looks lean still. we went up 2 more sizes and went to do a plug chop, and the clutch let go. has anybody seen a motor so lean that it wouldn't fire and actualy look like it was rich?

on the rm stator we have we had to put our stock pickup coil on it, they come with a junk pickup coil.

use quality parts and do maintanence.

what brand stator? did you set the pickup coil gap?

get a clymers manual, it should show you how to adjust it.

the light will be very dim if it orks at all. get a racetech 200w stator.

we got a set and installed them, fit good, time ill tell. I think they are good, going to get 2 more sets.

I had a 87 sprocket hub on a 2000 swingarm and carrier. worked perfect

the kit comes with everything you need. just follow the directions. I think Jeff at fast racing has them in stock.
