    you can not call ahead for a voucher, you have to get them at the voucher center in person. if you haul it in your truck you can usualy get a dune ready voucher, drive out to the dunes and unload and ride.

    moving carbs around stirs crap up, clean them, and check screens in the tank if you still have them. calm down bad things happen when your pissed.

    some of us have to have spark arrestors to ride, wouldn't want to catch the dunes on fire. Damn Near Russia makes us.

    a leak down test will tell you if or where those gaskets are leaking. don't use silicone it doesn't take fuel well. I use coppercoat spray on those gaskets or yamabond.

    if you leave them out you will get dirt in there, they are tough to get together keep working at it

    you are correct. I must have had a brain fart when I posted oops.

    put the case halves together empty and check the alignment of the holes for the bearings, to make sure they all line up, case halves are machined in pairs, but sometimes you get lucky. you may be ok if your lucky.

    you will be happy, Jeff is great to deal with and does awsome work. I called him on a holiday weekend with jetting and timing questions and he was happy to help me. I got my cyls back from him the weekend before an event, he told me to call him. to make sure everything was rite and help with tuning.

    are they breaking when you put it together ? or after you ride it? those bolts only tighten to 7 inche pounds.

    if it has 14 41 go to 16 41 should help, 18s are mx tires, those guys don't need top end speed.
