if the head is junk, get a coolhead, noss, chariot, prodesign. all good. all use same domes. and check to make sure your cyl decks are flat and even.

if your bike is stock except for the pipes, the vito's power pistons are a good power increase. you don't want to use them if any portwork is done. I used to run them on my stock port shee, they are great pistons. add a set of boysen 2 stage reeds with them for a little bit more low end throttle resonse.

at least a 250r is still a 2stroke, your not completly defecting.

float sticking, main jet came loose and fell out, bad reeds? all things to look at.

contact wheelman chassis or stellar performance, either one can hook ya up.

sounds like the pilot jetscould be plugge, remove them and clean them, or maybe go to 27.5 pilots.

they are harder so they don't wearout as quickly, and cheaper than factory. the basket is definitly a good up grade.

you have to be carful with the cheata tanks on a quad tire. they almost work to good. seen a guy at work blow one right over the back bead. ours at work will send a basketball right out the back door of our 200ft shop from the front.

any body have a pic of one on their quad? the link says its closed. I strap a can on both my nerfs, I will not put one of those ugly gas tanks on.

I did the same thing to my maxis razors, they work awsome, you'll be happy. I did not use the wire wheel though, great idea, think I will do that to mine, yours look great!! awsome job

almost 1hp gain without lights on, and take the lights and wiring and switches off = less weight, plus better aireo= less drag = goooooooooooo faaaaaaster.
