    I have the same set 9 paddle 20" 68" roll out.

    They work good. Like stated the pin to lock out the twist part is hard to pull out with ridding glove on. My Cousin uses one on his bike & love it.

    Ok in my diagram the second yellow wire is the lighting wire that was unsolder wire from the frame of the stator. Then if you have it wired right. you need to test you stator lighting side. If this test good then on to your reg test/ power in to reg. Are you using this reg: http://www.trailtech.net/7004-RR150.html if so did you try to adjust the out put setting?

    Sound like your jetting is very close to spot on. My old set up was very close to the same as yours. I was 300 on the mains with 27.5 on the pilots. But I was about 1 to 1 1/4 turns out on the air screws. So if the plugs are not wet I would do like POW said & turn in the air screws about a 1/2 to 3/4 and try that. Good luck & keep us posted.

    WOW 3 post for no start when cold. How do the plugs look after you kick the shit out of it? Could use more INFO on set up.
