    I run the amsoil dominator oil. I have run it in this motor at 50.1 for over year now and still running strong and comp is still at 165psi in each CYL. Here is a link to it. http://www.amsoil.com/shop/by-product/motor-oil/2-stroke/dominator-2-cycle-oil/ Just my two cents

    Did you do a pressure test after you put it all back together?

    So when you say fresh hone. You just competed ring job on it? If so you my of not clean all the honing grit out of the CYL before you put it back together. Just a guess?
