    ^^XX2XX^^ Same as above but I use a box cutter with a new blade for every cut. And for the rounded cuts I heat the blade with a lighter. Just my 2cents

    Hi guys Has any one built a custom Banshee frame and had to go through try to get a VIN # and OHV reg for it in CA. I am thing of doing this and was just checking to see how big of pain it is? Any help will be great. Thanks
