I would not run 100 on one side and 118 on the other. The difference is too much IMO. Also without knowing everything about the engine, 100psi could be very low.

umm what? Are you doing a compression test correctly? First, get the correct tool. A compression gauge with the schrader valve in the tip. Make sure the tip is the same size as your spark plug and threads in the same depth. Second, make sure tip is fully in the head and doesn't leak. Kick engine over with throttle held open. Kick till needle stops moving.

Stop using the clutch, should stop the grinding noise.

In the first picture, you posted TM34mm carbs, aka flat slide. In the pictures of the engine in the frame, you have different carbs. Which one comes with the engine? As for the engine, honestly it looks like shit. It is dirty. This makes it hard to sell. The other issue is it is only a 392, most people like 421s. It could be a long rod stock stroke crank, but only way to know 100% is measure the rod. When you try to sell, try to clean the engine up to make it less dingy. Might be able to get $1500, but I am thinking $1200.

i would sell it too for 6500, it isn't worth more than 4500. Cool it has a 421, it is nothing special.

what are exact mods to engine? Exhaust, manifold, carb size, porting, stroke, anything.

Out rode stock suspension all the time. Bottomed it out on a simple 4' jump.

You usually see a higher front end from incorrect setup of suspension and sag of shocks. Yes, it would be a waste of $2000 if you leave the rear stock.
