    I mean pump gas (91). If the head is "milled" for AVgas, and you are only getting 120psi there is something no adding up. Either the head was fucked up or your gauge is fucked up.

    What are the specs of the milled head? Who milled it? Is it just milled, not cut? Have you tried premo gas?

    Do you want the stock OEM air box or something else? Do you have stock carbs?

    Just looked up some quotes, the swingarm weighs 12.5lbs. Box would be around 21"x8"x6". USPS said $105, UPS said $320 and Fedex said $310. DHL is $240

    If fully bleed, you still using OEM hose? Could have a blown line that has a bubble forming. Might need better lines.

    I wonder if any members on here is local and has a welder. Or you could cut it off but might still have the issues of the taper stuck to the crank.

    you have gas in it? last time i used the mig, it was very low on gas and ran out, it would pop and spatter and didn't give a good weld.

    An extra inch of ground clearance is huge on a banshee. Figuring stock they are only like 5.3". IIRC going with a solid skid plate you lose clearance. The stock skid plate catches everything. The disc is nice.

    The welded didn't get hot at all. Hold it on there a little longer and turn the amps up more. Get the juice flowing and get the welded to penetrate both the flywheel and puller good. Get it red hot.

    you see the damage currently on the flywheel? ya, that happened from a jaw puller. never use a jaw puller to get a banshee flywheel off as it can cause the damage seen above.

    Put some heat on it too. That flywheel is fucked beyond use. Well the puller to it, use a torch to get the flywheel warmed up and it should come off.

    That is what happen and is 100% impossible to happen. What happened is a 3 jaw puller was used.

    No reason to sue, you will just waste your money. You won't win the case.

    One thing I would suggest is make sure your tires are balanced, and your axle is straight. Also, don't run knobbies. Another thing that might help is a steering damper and a sway bar.
