  1. Newbie your full of shit. Reek is a stand up guy. has excellent feedback here. DON'T WASTE OUR TIME ASSHOLE
  2. Don't under estimate stock carbs. I would start there and work your way into a pair of PWKs By the way. Welcome to BansheeHQ Troy
  3. Coming along Nice Finch. Just curious what the Lectrons cost ya? Have you picked a color combo yet? Are you running alky or Race fuel? Troy
  4. Thanks for posting pics of that 68. Brings back good merories. As a yound buck growing up in Northern Cali the Impala was the car to own. Used to have a 64 & a 66. Both cars were lifted with a trunk full of batteries. We thought we were the "shit"Ahh those were the days. White Boyz wearing wife beaters.
  5. Yeah good luck with that. Let me know how that works out for ya Troy
  6. Looking really nice. What cost do you have into the materials. Can you post a pic of that Impala. Also looks really clean. Troy
  7. A 4 mil on alky is a great choice in my opinion. I just pulled 71hp out of my bike. Brandon from Wildcard is going to help me get a little more when I send the cylinders to him. Do you have time to start a build thread on this project? Troy
  8. Just my opinion. I would pull the engine and build it. Part out the roller to help fund your new build. Start a build thread and enjoy the satisfaction as your build progresses. By the way. Welcome to BansheeHQ :sorcerer: Troy
  9. Well you might as well cut to the chase and build / buy a drag bike. Or have two bikes like most of the members here.
  10. You really need to consider Zillas bike. He actually knows what he is selling. The price is right and for the extra cash you have left you can add your personal touch. You'll also have the experience of building and gaining Knowledge as you go. Just my opinion. CALL ZILLA ! Troy
  11. What was you compression right after assembly? What size domes? Elevation? Did you do a squish band test before break in?
  12. Used to have a +10" swingarm. The rain shrunk it. Now it has a + 8 Troy
  13. Have to agree with the majority. The sound of a banshee blasting down the track is music to my ears.
  14. Not a bad deal here. http://cgi.ebay.com/...ARL:MOTORS:1123
  15. I knew It was just a matter of time before I got dragged into this thread. Troy
  16. Sounds like KABOOM to me. Pull the top and take a look. Do yourself a favor and tear it all the way down. DO NOT simply flush the motor. DO IT RIGHT the first time. Please don't ask me how I know. Troy
  17. Cool glad you making progress. Do you have tools to check your compression? When's the last time this bike was started? Troy
  18. Welcome to BansheeHQ Looks like you have a great starting point. Just a friendly warning. HOLD ON TO YOUR WALLET. These damn bikes are extremely addictive. Nothing like a Banshee. Your going to be hooked in no time. Once again. Welcome. Troy
  19. Thanks Dave. Also looks like that idle screw it turned way out.
  20. You do have the TORS elimination kit set up. Disconnect the box and go from there. I had the same issue on my last bike. You'll figure it out pretty quick. Simple fix don't stress. We'll get up & running in no time Troy
  21. Just pulled this baby out of the shed to get started on another winter project. Picked this LSR Dune / Drag set up for damn near nothing. Some might say free It's going to be a nice improvement over my stock frame. There's a few members on here that I run with throughout the race season. So far I'm been a few clicks behind them. Maybe this will help. Troy
  22. Wow That bike is well ..... "different" If I were you I would keep the 450. Like you I have a Drag Banshee & a 700R for playing in the trails. Perfect combo I think.
  23. Hey Chris you may want to add this to your wish list. Get rid of those bulky boxes above the carbs Just a thought. Troy http://www.ebay.com/...5310574&vxp=mtr
