you have the wrong owner. you have to contact the guy I sold it to & see if he will sell it to you. but chances are that you will get scammed dealing with him.

Well everybody that's been wondering what was the results of this situation. Ebay emailed me yesterday & ruled in my favor & decided not to refund the buyer. The hold on that paypal transaction has been removed & case is now closed. This was a very big learning experience for me & I will not & I repeat will not deal with anybody that's new or I don't know unless you are vouched for by someone with good rep. Glad this is over.

Well guess your right....thanks for the info tho....Need more crews like yours around. I agree that we should just leave the politics alone because it's never going to get anywhere. I also agree on buying from site sponsors & reputable members only.

Thanks volfan your cool too, but if you look at it like that you can't blame OBAMA. Our economy has been fucked up before OBAMA ever became president. Think back when you was young & gas was $.99 a gallon compared to today's gas prices for example. Prices have been going up on everything long before OBAMA was president. It's is obvious that prices are going to rise on everything reguardless of who is president. Welfare/healthcare has been giving out long before OBAMA. If we are going to blame somebody it is GEORGE BUSH that fucked our economy up for 8 years & left OBAMA the headache to deal with. There isn't a HUMAN alive that can make this economy that we are in today back like it was in the 90's. I don't care who became president, it will take more than OBAMA & TWO TERMS to fix up OUR MESS.... JMHO Just trying to come up with a better way to buy & sell without getting scam. I already made my mind up that I'm not dealing with any new people unless they are vouched for.

True, that makes alot of sense...im just trying to help come up with a solution to slow down the scum bags. Like a republician above^^ said earlier, if it was supporting me I guess I would kiss the supporters ass. Ok in any decision made for the better it will hurt some people but help alot of people also. There is no way to please everybody, so at least hope that the decision can be made to at least block scum bags more...it will just take more effort or a reputable party to vouch for an unknown buyer or seller. Sorry it will hurt the innocent people without the proper qualities but at least it will cut down the scamming.

True but if they using this site to buy & sell on what would it hurt to donate to a site that's going to give you a better choice of seller's & buyers with good honest rep.? Another thing to consider is people's feedback, if they feedback is highly recommended buy different seller's & buyers. They should be highlighted in the premium for sale section. That will clear all the known good & honest seller's & buyer's. Just like how you meet new people in the real world, you always have to know a friend of a friend to meet the new friend. Or they build there rep up honestly & slow like I did. Basically your a scammer until you prove that you are not unless you have someone with rep to vouch for you. Im just trying to help come up with an idea to keep the scamming down.

I agree with this totally & I'm not even a premium member yet. Make a premium for sale section for well known good buyers & sellers & the normal for sale section for people that's not investing anything into the site anyway but DRAMA & SCAMS.

whatever happened here? Ebay has extended the case until 12/2/12 until they recieve futher information from the buyer.

First of all when I, first purchased my 421 cheetah cub it was shipped to me in a flat rate box safely with packing material. So that's where I got the idea to ship it to the buyer safely. Second of all the reason I insured the package for a $1000 was to cover if the cub, pistons or domes if one of them got damage during shipping. Last but not least you need to get your measurement correctly, because if you did you would know that a cub, domes & pistons will fix in a large flat box & still move around in the box. Therefore you would have to pack the box tight to keep it from moving. Oh an im sorry for using the same exact packing materials as you Matt, so therefore yes your package may have been heavier than mines. Since it was shipped flat rate it didnt matter how much the package weighed being that it's a FLAT RATE! Now I'm going to be the asshole and play devils advocate towards you. That's why I never got you to do any suspension work for me, cause your mouth is always open to the wrong things.....lol....Had to get you back Matt

With the payment he sent me of $765.42, paypal charged me like $22 & some change & ebay charged me $62.74...that's roughly $85.00 in fees. Plus the $28.00 I spent on shipping & insurance. That's $113 dollars I lose on that deal going through ebay. Out of the $765.42 I roughly got $652.42 for a 421 cub topend. That's ridiculous man.

paypal can vouch for your transaction...I believe they are a joint company & taxing sellers twice...ebay fees & paypal fees but im not sure.

I told the representive everything that was mention on this thread...he said for me to just wait & save it as evidence if they need it. he also told me not to worry cause I have done everything in the proper steps. I even told him to look at the transaction between 81rollaman & michael finch. It's funny how he sent finch money for his 392 cub & the seller refunded him without sending him the cub. Then I come along selling 421 cub & he do the same thing to me but claims it's mower parts or it's not as described. He was looking for a anybody selling a cub to scam.
