  1. i used stellar's kit on my last chassis. worked and looked good

  3. if it starts on starting fluid its a lack of fuel.
  4. turn the gas on? pull the choke? choke tube between the carbs on? slides in the right carbs?
  5. needs more shiny parts... lol looks good.
  6. no problem. and on a 2stroke it goes backwards. rich will pull rpm's down. lean will bring them up "lean rev" unless we are talking a alky bike then extra fuel will cause high rpm's.
  7. it's dying because it is ffouling the plugs with fuel. a bike should die if jetted properly and at temps... the extra fuel is for a cold combustion chamber. cold equals more air which needs more fuel.
  8. lol i told a doctor once that it hurt when i lifted too much weight.... his response? stop lifting too much weight. in other words stop pulling the choke while its running lol
  9. idk maybe i need to re list them at 400... everyone seems to want to pay more for less.
  10. puking antifreeze is typically a sign of lean condition. cool motor but scolding hot pipes would indicate rich. 310 seems a little lean for a sea level bike with pipes and pods.
  11. $300 shipped on the cylinders $80 shipped on the head. bottom dollar here guys or they go on ebay. i have seen members pay up to $200 for virgin bore cylinders. you're robbing me for my polishing labor at 300....

  13. If my memory serves me Andy did most of the work on transfers and exhaust port. All he did was Clean casting flaws on the intake side.
