  1. only if you get them dry fast, but better to use a premix to clean the jugs than paper towels to make them dry
  2. i bought my radiator straight from china manufacturer, good contact to seller i paid about 95cad and 15cad for shipping to europe
  3. i also use asv c5 brake lever it works well too, it has no "wooble" comparing to stock (up down)
  4. I usa that oversized radiator over a year and it's ok - better than stock (more fluid) cheaper than toomey or fluidyne
  5. than what should i get to run it safe with my mods on sea level?
  6. yep it's milled a little bit like 0.001 and it's fresh rebuild less than 2hrs of riding, if it depends i have hot rod crank with stock stroke NOT welded too i know 21cc will be fine, but 20cc will give me a little mor comp, my friends bike has a 170psi but i don't know his domes size and it runs fine on 95oct fuel
  7. Thanks for reply, problem solved, it has alot air leaks on intake iv'e fixed it, i've set proper gap on stator + new plugs and it runs like hell now i need some other advice about size domes on my other bike here's a link http://bansheehq.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=165716

Hi, now i'm running stock head (i think it has 22cc domes) I was wondering could i run 20cc domes? in my country i can get pump gas like 95 or 98 octan my mods: 0.20 over jugs port matched to the cases exhaust port polished to the mirror + 4 timming (modded stock plate) T5 kit with toomey neddle 300main and 27.5 pilot - i'm on a sea level airbox with lid on it (snorkel removed and instaled uni airbox vents 8pcs) uni stage 2 airfilter about 130-135psi on stock head now i want to buy some prodesign cool head, but don't know which domes would be better (safe) 20cc or 21cc, need some advice from bhq ;-)

Hi all on start i'm sorry for my english ;-) I have some problem with my shee, it started to run only on right side piston (left pipe is cold after ride) i dissasembled whole intake (airbox carbs reeds) , iv'e looked on pistons thru the intake ports and they look good any scratches/rings look good too - it's not an electrical issue (good blue spark) but something don't let me sleep - left piston got alot of free play (not forward-> backard) but left right 0_0 i can turn pisotn from intake side about 2-3 mm left and right - i know it's not good but could it avoid firing on that cylinder? compression i strong in my opinion but have much difference between cyls (left not firing 150psi, right running good has 170psi) ps it isn't a carb issue to because i run 2into1 Thanks for all ideas, i dont know what to do now - tearing it down (head.jugs) or look to find some other issue

Hi, i have toomey racing t5 kit with air filter, needles, box wents,and jets problem is with 2stage air filter, now i have a k&n and i don't know how to mount this foam filter... what i need? maybe filter cage? please help someone edit some links or photos are welcome sorry for my bad english:]
