My guess is HJR did the motor work? I think he has a aggressive mx port option and based outa Cali. Have you thought about getting a 450 for your other riding, and then build shee towards more duning set up?

I was bored at home and read this whole thing. No wonder those other quads beat you ur shee is really heavy looking. Time to put it on a diet.

I have simular set up as yours, except I had stock carbs and pc pipes. I could beat my brothers 63hp 480 once in awhile, but he got me quite often. Ill probably do a 4mill or 7mill crank & cpi's with 28s or 33 carbs.

You should just do a yfz/shee hybrid.

My stock rims were really worn down from rubbing a arms. I had a horribly bent steering stop which was causing the issue.

Can he port match the cases himself?

Those cascades do seem alittle loud. Probably packing. Supposedly those star end caps they made were a few db quieter than older turn downs.

If you have old orings on hand, you could take em to any auto parts store and they could find you right ones. I did that for some exhaust clamps and they found perfect match for me.

My old 06 did that on occasion. I never did figure out and I ended up parting the quad apart. First I would check spark plug caps, they could be bad. Cut the coil wires back a little, and try new caps. Perferbly ngk caps, but FAST has some decent ones on their website to. Could be carb related to. Most likely electrical I'm thinking cause the one cylinder is cutting out.

What you mean right pipe hitting way harder then the left? Like the pipe springs came off or something and pipe hitting frame?
