ya but i was just saying, i would take one right sized drill and make a hole, the guy that did it to my bike, looked like he drilled 7 small holes. lol

both of my bikes had the whole drilled in the clutch cover so you could adjust the screw on the pancake bearing, never had any problems with leaking, with the stock clutch insert, or an aftermarket one. i recently put a new polished stock side cover on my new build and am kicking myself for not drilling a hole so i could adjust it easier. i can get pictures tomorrow of my one bike with the holes drilled, its not very pretty and i didnt do it, but it works great.

i have stock carbs, rocket pipes, dune/trail port, cool head with 20cc domes and k&n pods at 1100 ft. and 60 degree average i am running 27.5 and 320 mains. i see your about the same elevation as me. to me the jetting sounds rich for just adding vforce 3 and pods. i would go down in jetting 300 main, 27.5 pilot. did you buy your vforce new or used? how is the reeds on them. make sure they are clean, no cracked edges and seal good.

Damn, you got turned away trying to fake the spark arrestor? i was hoping to stick some mesh screen between my stinger and silencer, bolt it in so i could run my cpi and rockets up there. when i make the trip later in the summer.

I just put that incase other guys decide to try them. $20 bucks is $20 bucks you know. can almost fill up my civic with that. lol. but let us know if you find anything out about the warranty infamous. i think i will be purchasing a set of these pretty soon. would like to know if they stand with the warranty.

shouldn't have paid $150 for them. like it says on ebay. or best offer. if you shoot them a low ball offer, they come back and will sell them for $125-$130 to you. i have shot them a couple different offers through out a month. $80 $120 $100. and they always came back with 129.98. which is still saving 20 dollars.

i have a trinity 2 into 1 set up, i might consider trading. it has aluminum airbox, single k&n filter, 38mm carb. and trinity intake. Do you have the intake for the 35mm pwk, or pods or just the carbs?

welcome to bhq fella... if your bike is tuned in, with decent tires, and your a decent rider i wouldn't see it being a problem beating him. but really the only way to tell is hit the track and race him.

thanks guys for all the input. i was just hoping to get some more power without having to split the cases and go 4 mill in this bike. i really dont have the time for that. and figure it will be a decent amount to have it done.

yesterday was the last day i could file a dispute. to anyone that is ever in this position. you have 45 days from when the payment was made to file a dispute. after that paypal gives them 20 days to make it right. if not, on that 20th day you file a claim and paypal will review it and make the decision on what happens..... i was never informed you went out of town again. you asked for my paypal info mar. 8th. i gave it to you mar. 8th. i dont care if you went back out of town again or not, i was filing a dispute before it was too late. if you wont refund it paypal will.

im not looking for a drag port either. my cylinders now are ported by r&b racing out of mich. im working on building my other bike up now, so thats why im looking into big bore kits, ect. a couple guys say that the vito's big bore is a good all around engine kit. great for the dunes with alot of good usable power. and like i said above, with a little port clean up you can see even better results out of it. so thats what im trying to ask if the big bore kit is a notch up from a good port job with a little work? just trying to get some more opinions before i jump on buying it.

i dont drag race. i just want something over my dune/trail port i have now on my one bike. alot of guys have told me the cubs arent the best for over all riding. there more for drag? and for 800, thats only for the cub cylinders not a kit with pistons ect is it?

opened a dispute today. i tried giving him the benefit of the doubt, and even gave him a couple extra days to get the refund, but he hasnt came through. so fuck him, the funny thing is its to his wife/girlfriends account, since thats what i made the payment to. marisol moreno. called paypal, said they will give them 20 days to fix the dispute or i turn it into a claim and get the money.

fast- have you guys ever did any porting on these kits? if the guy had you guys put it together with no porting, maybe if i had you guys port it, it could make some better numbers? i read that there cylinder kit need some additional port work. i run cpi pipes, about 140 psi comp. and +4 timing. stock carbs. ported reed cages with boysen reeds. my set up now is fresh with stock cylinders. head shaved to get 140 psi. what port work would you guys recomend for the most power without sacrifising reliabitly on my stock cylinders if the big bore kit isn't worth it? thanks.
