  1. 180-190 is a ton of compression, anything beyond 170psi or so really kills your rpm's. i would try 19-20cc dome, thats what we run on our 10mm's. youll be able to run methanol or race gas on the same dome and the rpms will be much higher.
  2. since there isnt going to be any dyno graphs showing the improvments on this coil vs. any other... can we see some lap times, race results, chamionships won, hand drawn pictures of a takai bike out in front of the pack or getting a hole shot?

  8. ive never seen a 110 or 115 rod make anymore power over the other, as long as everything else is the same. never seen pistons wear faster with a 4mm 110 rod. the only differences between the two are going to be what piston and dome angle you are going to use along with it.
  9. if you let mixed gas sit for awhile all the oil sinks to the bottum of the gas tank, not saying you didnt, but always shake that gas tank up.

  11. and nearly every comment about them has been false... they are stamped by the same company that stamps shearer pipes, shearer assembles them, but to specs the Vito cam up with. great pipes, not exactly a full drag pipe, Vito designed them to have the broadest powerband.
  12. my 10mm cub with big bore inframes made 116 the first pull, i switched to small bore out of frames the hp dropped to 110, i spent a whole day tuning just to get the small bores back to the orignal hp mark of the big bores.

  14. can i install these parts on my stock stroke crank? also will i need 10mill pistons? and what kind of Hp can i expect from this setup? ty
  15. as long as the container is air tight and you shake up the can before use it will be fine, ive dyno tested year old mixed meth vs. brand new, and there was no difference in performance.
  16. if you run the .012 base gasket the "parts depot" aka trinity is providing with that kit, the squish clearance will be in the .032-.035 range....
  17. if they are installed "fully", "correctly". then there should be no problem.
  18. ive always only used just a small flat head screw driver to install them, start both ends then work the rest in with the screw driver.
  19. perma tex 518 anarobic sealer, wont harden up until the cases and tightend together, mates the surraces tighter then 1211 and yambond style sealers. in my own experience with it ive never had an airleak or even done a leak down test.
