  1. I have a set of Sf/bb shearer inframe pipes. Just the headers and they are raw finish. Used only a few times. Like to get 200+ shipping. Let me know. Also ill be getting pics up soon
  2. 100 or 99? its gonna be 100 with shearers and less then 90 with the cpi or power pro but as the other have already said you can get shearers with non-removable silencers. so youll get the best of both worlds, performance and looks :sorcerer:
  3. so heres what i gathered by looking at the results. calss #60 25 racers total 10 races of the 25 racers, 18 went to 5 or less races. the 7 that went to more were: 6 races 7 races 6 reaces 9 races banshee332 7 races 10 races 6 races the guy that went to all 10 races has the same combined points as a guy the went to only 4 races and less points then a guy that went to 6 races. class # 89 small fuel quad 8 races 10 racers 7 racers went to 5 or less races the other 3 went: 8 races= 3rd place 6 races= 2nd place banshee332 7 races= 1st place and had the class won by race 6
  4. i seen the strut while on your bike, but for a shock to be no link the tabs should be on the bottom. if i hadnt converted my chasssis to no link only this would be coming my way. regardless, this is a great deal on a link style swing arm.
  5. isnt this a no link set up that was changed to linkage style? shock tabs off the top is link style id be interested in this if it was a no link
  6. dmx is the largest cylinder 85mm bore, 80- 82mm stroke
  7. im not sure what custon blank sleeves are but doesnt sound like what you need. i cant imagine anyone being able to design a sleeve "one off" and it be cost effective. is he going to get a "blank" sleeve cut the ports into himself, getting all the heights and angles correct? or draw up the heights and angles send a blueprint to advanced sleeve or northwest sleeve? the sleeves that vito sells for that cylinder are designed for that cylinder. the vito sleeves will start at 66mm so you get many more bores (4 min.) then starting back at 68mm.
  8. id just call and ask. it was a few years ago. the striping of the nicasil and welding of 2 cyl, then they send it back, you port and send it back for plating. id guess in the $500 ball park
  9. if i were you and wanted to changed those cylinders there are 2 options: 1 you can call vitos get there steel sleeves for the 10mm cyls have them installed and port them how you like, likely be able to start at 66mm bore so you have until 68.25 on blaster pistons. 2 send them to millenium have them strip the nicasil off and weld the tops of the ports, you port them how you like and send them back for plating. ive personally done both ways with the same set of cylinders.
  10. like the title says, in need of a 20mm DM motor. has to be 700+cc! must be a top performer i dont wanna be embarrassed.
  11. the forged pistons athena provides with the kit are garbage. for one are cast not forged, two they short circuit the motor because of the triple ports and the cut aways on the sides of the piston. and yes the bore should be mic'd for proper clearance as well.
  12. 67.95 is the measurement at the crown of the piston. But its a 68. Vitos makes a nice 68mm piston with 3 different wrist pin heights. One for stock stroke, 4mm 110 rod, and 115 rod.
  13. they make devices to measure bore and stroke without removing the head. which is all that would be required to be measure the old fashion way.
  14. Plattsburgh, New York, United States
  15. cartridge rolls only, and even then its risky, id port and replate.
  16. if you had a ported 4mm with 35's and it was too much for you or the area that you ride in(tight trails maybe?) then a trail ported 4mm with 28's shouldnt be much different. jmo
  17. squish is fake, no such thing. should be filed in the non fiction section at the library
