  3. For the record if he did any testing it was after a dozen of his first cranks either broke rods or literally didn't fit in the cases because of the massive welds on the pins.

  5. I'll sell you a new vitos crank that's doesn't need to be taken apart. Add a max load or tz if it's a straight cut gear drag bike.

I still have to finish polish the exhaust tunnels and will do so before selling. Its drag ported and made 104/58 on methanol and 97hp on pump gas. Chariot head is in good condition and will come with new custom domes cut to the buyers liking for pump gas or methanol. A set of new Driveline pistons will be included and corresponding base gasket. Hardware also included new o-rings, acorn buts with copper washers, cylinder studs, and 4x water jacket plugs. $1150 +shipping Now the pistons, domes and base gasket pictured are just for the photos, They are not what you will be buying. New in box pistons, new domes and new base gasket is what Im selling with this.

  10. 7% increase in hp and tq is an average of what you can expect to see going from a properly tuned gas motor to tuned methanol motor. Some times up to 10%.

  13. Your reasons for running the wrong piston on a long rod was to get away with doing it the right way. I.e. cutting 2mm into the dome run a 795 and run a paper base gasket... now you want to make the plate only 5mm, run the wrong piston and still cut into the dome 2mm. I don't care how you try to spin it, it's wrong. K&t never said let's build the dumbest thing we can to see if it works. Furthermore vitos used to sell the exact kit you need,"parts changer" long rod spacer kit. 5mm plate, 8 longer studs and 2 gasket for ppl that got a stroker long rod crank but we're either too cheap or too dumb to buy the corresponding pistons for there crank.
  14. What's easier? Removing all the case studs and replacing them with longer ones to run a 7mm spacer plate. With a 513 piston and 4mm 115mm rod crank. Or just run the right piston.
