  1. Theres a race in port huron tonight, 4-5 tnt 6pm racing starts. Thinking about going out there to swim in my own sweat.
  2. 66 forsure not 100% sure on 64, we think so but havent tried it yet.
  3. No they are not cast in but there should be no reason people cant put them in but with the pistons we had made the intake isnt almost blocked off at bdc like a cub cylinder with 573 pistons but the cub has the large boost ports that are always open. With the piston windows being open and larger at bdc we've "gained" some intake area.
  4. We've got a name or 2 in mind that they will be, again bit of rush release on them but they wont be a kitty cat name. I cut two 7mm today, guess we'll do a few more. Lanes 7mm will be going on the dyno next week, you can about drink the air around here lately. I expect by this time next week we'll have(2) stock stroke,(4)+4 low porting timing,(2) 4mm high port timing,(4) 7mm which will be low and (?)10mm low ready to be sold un-plated.
  5. all stock would need the 130 link o-ring chain or 136 link non o-ring chain, a 14t front and 41t rear. $80-$90 for the chain and sprockets
  6. 13-17t front are $12.95, 18t is $16.95 and 19t are $19.95 rear sprockets are 38-45t are $17.95 chains are 136 link $49.95 156 link $69.96 160 link $74.95 o-ring chain is 130 links $59.95
  7. We sell sprockets and chains but I cant sell you them unless you tell me what you need
  8. The "raw" version on these cylinders un-plated will also be available in 54-64mm strokes with a 68mm bore for the time being, 66mm bore will be worked in over time. $375 for a set of un-plated cylinders, includes head studs, water jacket plugs and locating dowels. Some pictures of what they look like before the go into the cnc and what comes out as a finished product.
  9. hes correct on the too thin part and your correct with your statement
  10. Honestly we havent been able to test theses as much as we wanted too. Because someone on facebook decided to post up a prototype without our permission and tell everyone incorrect facts about them. If we had been able to go about this the way we'd planned, the first production run would be done sitting on the shelf with dyno numbers. . But weve had proto types of these for years. With that said we've had 2 different 465 10mm versions of these make 96-98hp on pump gas. Recently a 4mm set with port timing higher than a serval but less than a cub made 78hp with 36pwks and cpi inframes and 81hp with shearer sb inframes.
  11. Its threaded just counter sunk. The front studs on stock and cub cylinders are like that. The studs that we include with the cylinder are 8 shorts and 2 longer(10 stock head studs) for the front studs.
  12. Ron Strecker apparently has found 1 set of proto type cylinders we sent out and taken it upon himself to blurt out semi factual information on them. If there's any questions on these Driveline performance is the only place to ask, as every cylinder we machine goes through our hands. The first production run started last night
  13. Heres a few pictures of #1. Unplated, fresh out of the cnc, not a casting flash to be found. These could be plated and ran as is or fully ported. and last but not least the exhaust port
  14. We've waited long enough.... These are the new cylinders we've been working on at Driveline Performance. They will be plated at Millennium Technologies to assure the very best bore surface possible. Theyll be offered in stock(54mm) through 64mm stroke (+10mm). To start all stock, 4mm, 7mm and 10mm cylinders will be a 68mm bore although in the future we will try to add 66mm bore to the varying strokes. The set of cylinders will include: 2 cylinders left and right, 10 stock length head studs, 4 cylinder locating dowels and 2 water jacket plugs. We'll be putting together a few different packages with the cylinders, i.e: cylinders, pistons, gaskets, domes and billet head. As we have it figured right now we can offer the 4mm stroke with lower or higher port timings similar to differences in the cub and serval cylinders many are used to, the 7mm and 10mm will both be pretty conservative in regards to port timing, leaving lots of room to be built any way the customer wants. Since we are doing all the machine work in house before we have Millennium plate them we will also be selling these "raw" with no plating. We are now taking pre-production orders to gauge sales in each stroke to get a feel of how many of each stroke to start making. Were thinking in the first 10 sets: 3 stock stroke, 5- 4mm stroke and 2- 7mm. The price on a set of cylinders with pistons and gasket is $799 Includes: 2- nicasil plated cylinders(left and right) 10- stock length head studs 2- rubber water jacket plugs 4- cylinder locating dowels 2- 11901MO6800 Driveline custom pistons 1- base gasket
  15. when you say the jetting isnt right, do you think its lean or rich? whats in it now for jets?
  16. There's someone in the wanted section looking for a stock stroke long rod crank
  17. this all the bearing info i see in the ad -Includes SKF TZ Bearing (made In Germany) by the inners of the pins not being welded down each side it pretty much means it wasnt completly unassmebled and quality bearings installed.
  18. thats a Wang crank with different outter bearings and rods. the center section is still the cheap taiwan bearings.
  19. Also looking for water necks for the stock heads.
